What is the issue you’re encountering
We had a Cloudflare Pro Plan account with you, the last payment for which was in February 2024. After that, we closed the account because we migrated providers and no longer used it. Since the account was canceled, we can no longer log in. We are writing to you because we continue to receive a monthly email with an invoice for $0. We understand that it doesn’t make sense for these invoices to continue being issued, so we would appreciate it if you could regularize this situation.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I can no longer log in with the user that was associated with the canceled account, [email protected]. For that reason, I couldn’t access the Support page or post in this forum. To be able to communicate with you, I created a new account, and that’s why I’m writing to you from this one.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
It’s not possible to reproduce the problem, as it’s not an error on the platform or our website. You are simply issuing and sending us invoices that should no longer be generated.
