Cancel Transfer Button Not Working

I want to cancel a transfer, so I click on Cancel from the ‘Transfer in progress’ screen, and a little modal window appears with ‘Close’ or ‘Cancel Transfer’, when I click “Cancel Transfer” nothing happens. It’s as if the button is broken. No errors, nothing.

I suspect this is a bug but I can’t find anywhere to report it. Is there a workaround ?

You do. You simply have the lowest priority.

For registrar related issues you could also try [email protected]. Maybe that will be a tad faster than official support, but no guarantees.
