Cancelations
You can’t cancel/return domain registration and receive a refund. This is standard practice across the industry and clearly stated in the Cloudflare Registrar agreement: https://www.cloudflare.com/domain-registration-agreement/#3-fees
Have you encountered any problems using Cloudflare that’s why you want to cancel your domains? We may be able to help you!
But if you just don’t want these domains at all, you can certainly delete/cancel their registration (again, there will be no refunds!).

If you still want to go ahead with the deletion, go to your Cloudflare dashboard → Domain Registration to see your list of domains. Select “Manage” next to the domain in question, then go to the Configuration tab and begin the deletion process.

You can cancel your domain registrations through your Cloudflare dashboard by navigating to Domain Registration > Manage Domains and selecting the cancellation option. Keep in mind that domain registration fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to proceed, contacting Cloudflare support directly would be the best option.
