Cancel Argo plan

Today argo subscription charged me 5 usd although I haven’t used it from last 27 days. I did not noticed that I have to cancel the service to stop charging. I just disabled it.

Now I’m trying to cancel it but it showing this error.

You may not purchase any additional services until the outstanding balance on your account has been paid. Go to Billing > Invoices to pay your bill. (Code: 1255)

That’s unfortunate, and counter to what you’re trying to accomplish.

How about toggling it OFF in the zone you’ve enabled it in?

Have you tried paying your bill?

Problem solved after paying bill. I paid my bill without using it. Cloudflare should inform users clearly about it.

IMO you are informed quite clearly about the pricing when signing up for Argo.
