Canadian Customer - Set-up error / VAT/GST Filed Error

Hello.
I am trying to sign up for your services however, your online form for CC entry, etc. is asking for a VAT/GST #. The GST number has been replaced by an HST number, and that is 13 digits long. Your current field is allowing for 9.
Please assist.

We do recommend customer create a ticket about this issue and provide us ticekt number, as per our Billing team this needs to go through the Finance team.

Can I create a ticket without an account? If so, where do I do that?
