Shmaybe? The intent of Cloudflare ZeroTrust is not content / geo restriction bypass. It may be a side effect, but there is no provision (generally) to provide the ability to appear as though requests are originating from a specific geo.
Zero Trust is intended to provide security first and foremost. It does no benefit to their core use case to take on some aspects of geo-forgery that other VPN providers might offer as that can negatively impact the core functionality for their target audience.
