Why not? Not sure about your question. If you want your account deleted you certainly need to contact Cloudflare.

You can login to Your Cloudflare account and then create ticket request.
Also, You can directly send an email by using Your email which registered in Cloudflare to [email protected]. Cloudflare team will help on this.
