I have never seen a company make so many changes to the settings and interface on such a random basis without a single word to users. I wouldn’t even know about most of them if I didn’t have to log in so often when doing site audits for my clients. The changelog is only for the rules and such, not for settings, like new ones that are added such as SXG or APO or Speculation. Those really do help with speed, but you’re not telling anyone they are available. On top of that, not everyone has them, even when they have multiple sites on the same account.
As for the interface changes, do you have any idea how much it costs those of us who make Cloudflare tutorials to have to constantly remake them? Your own documentation is not being kept up to date because of this too.
This is a service that every site needs. Could you PLEASE be professional about your notifications to end users and consider the cost to us for not being informed, especially when some of those changes require us to hunt down a new problem, like when you changed the defaults to the WAF settings?
