I’ve been trying to set up Email Routing. I successfully verified my Gmail destination address, and my DNS records are correctly configured (MX + TXT). However, after verification, the Email Routing page shows “1 destination address” for a split second, then immediately resets to the “Start Setup” screen. I cannot create any custom email addresses. The system seems stuck. No error messages are displayed, just an infinite loop. I need help resetting the Email Routing configuration for my account/domain so I can reinitiate the process.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Go to Email Routing dashboard
- Add and verify destination email address
- Return to dashboard – briefly see “1 destination address”
- Page resets to “Start Setup” and cannot proceed further
