Can’t remove a subscription from a removed domain

What is the issue you’re encountering

We keep getting billed for a Pro plan in a domain that was removed 1 May 2024

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We tried to re-add the zone to disable pro plan but it was not possible.
We have opened a support ticket ID #3306510 that was marked as solved but the subscription is not removed
