I have already followed the “Account Recovery” steps; I have my username and password but no longer have the phone with the 2FA codes on it nor do I have the recovery codes given me at the beginning. I have 0 access to that. The email asked me to alter the header in two of my websites but while I did that for the main site the other one is just a domain with no website attached to it so I can’t get into my account please for the love of Mary send a human to help me.
Edit: also the robo recovery email prompted me to respond at the support link if I had any further issue or needed further help but surprisingly no one accounted for the fact that I can’t access support if I can’t login to the account. So I am only posting on a second personal non-business account for this out of desperation.

I don’t have 2FA access to the account to read any things posted in some private login access required area about this case, but I can say my last reply to this support case in the email I received the notification to was the following (with no reply yet a week or so ago):
Hi I have added the meta tag requested to my main business website www.claritycommercialcleaning.com; however my other domain www.clarityrva.com does not have an index.html because I simply redirect traffic from it to my main website. I also do not have any backup codes on hand. Is this all sufficient to temporarily disable the 2FA on my account so I can login and update my 2FA details?
