If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Thanks but anyway you can escalate it? We get ddos attacks at times and it’s on free plan now. Need pro, it’s been days. Why I need to download the invoice to click a link is beyond me. Just allow us to pay it or allow us to “renew”, cf makes it impossible/annoying to pay
It’s been a day, site left vulnerable for days now. Why is cf invoice so faulty? It’s like cf doesn’t want our 20 bucks. I’ve never seen a service where paying is a hassle
