any idea what can cause that issue? Or what to deactivate in cloudflare dashboard or maybe plugins to solve that issue?

I solved the issue. SSL Certificate settings been on flexible…changed to full and login worked.

You should use Full (strict) or you run the risk of untrusted certificates being accepted without your knowledge.
