Can’t get simple redirect working

Hello,

I’m trying to redirect one domain to another. I’ve followed the guidance but it doesn’t seem to work and I’ve left a few days to resolve. No DNS settings.

I have no DNS setup and then setup a simple redirect rule. What am I doing wrong?
