Can’t enable HTTP/2 after switch from PRO to FREE plan

It’s right in the middle of the holiday period for so many folks right now - I’d ask that you have some patience, especially during this time, and on a free plan zone.

I can see that it has been escalated, and is pending response.

The ticket is pending action from our engineering team, there is not more that Support can do here except request an update from engineering I’m afraid. We will keep you posted on the ticket, feel free to reply to it with more information or further requests.
