Can’t change DNS nameservers

Hello all!

Just bought and registered through Cloudflare my new domain name.

I need to connect this new domain to my Kajabi platform. Kajabi specs require me to input specific nameservers that point back to their servers. I am unable to change my Cloudflare DNS records in my account settings. Most tutorials explain changing nameservers in other registrars which don’t resolve my question.

Anyone know a workaround on how to update/change preassigned DNS nameservers?

If the domain name is registered at Cloudflare Registrar, unfortunately, currently you cannot change the nameservers if you use Cloudflare as a domain registrar. Currently, Cloudflare Registrar only lets you use Cloudflare name servers.

Maybe not.

I have to find an topic about Kajabi, maybe you can set it to work with a CNAME (DNS-only). I am not 100% sure.

I am glad that e-mail is working and you have figured out how to propperly setup the DNs records for the e-mail. Regarding Kajabi, maybe you manage your settings for Cloudflare from their integrated interface? Could you check that? Meaning, the given nameservers would have to be from Kajabi, while any change you need to make you have to login to Kajabi and then modify it as needed (hopefully). I remember there were topics with connecting Kajabi and Cloudflare Search results for 'kaja…

Yes, for there to be two nameserver pairs being asked for, unless it’s a very unusual situation, there must be 2 Cloudflare accounts involved. For you to control the domain and be able to get email working, it will need to point to that account that you control. You then need to make sure that all the DNS records required by Kajabi are added there.
