Can’t add new domain email address to my iCloud

How can we reproduce this? What’s the error you receive? Can you provide any more details?

I thought once I purchased domain email address it would automatically show up on my iCloud emails

Can someone help me I have paid here for a new domain/email address and don’t know how to link it to my iCloud so I can use to send emails?
