Is that subdomain in the DNS tab with an actual A or AAAA or CNAME record? It may not have been imported if it’s not a common name (that’s why they say check if the records are correct, as they can’t know or test all possible subdomains and options).

I believe that’s the issue. I will go through my DNS records and wait for propagation.
Normally, if you use good resolvers, this should be quick. It can take hours for particular setups.
