Can’t access Manage Domain to renew expired domain in Cloudflare

When click manage I redirects me back to manage domains page, instead of domain administration page.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enter cloudflare dashboard > domain registration > manage domains > clic manage of the domains
Returned back to manage domains.
Tryed to enable autorenew, cant be enabled.

The other domains can be managed just fine.

I believe this is a bug since the domain expired thus, the nameservers were changed from Cloudflare to other nameservers. Then It down comply with the rule “the domain nameservers must be the Cloudflare ones”.

Please I need help to re activate my domains. Thanks

Please, some cloudflare staff can help me to solve this issue?, I need to reactivate the domains, and the days are passing and Im about to loss the grace period to renew, please help!
