When trying to chat with support, I am redirected to Cannot locate dashboard account | Cloudflare Support docs

I followed the instructions on the page ~24 hours ago, but haven’t received a response yet. I’m posting here in hopes someone will see it and handle the case (ID 01063295).

I’m getting this error all the time now on my worker and trying to get it resolved: Error 1104 + 500 error that doesn't show up in worker logs

I still haven’t heard back from Cloudflare even though it’s been two days now. I replied to the email and submitted another case: 01066137

I am also struggling to access any support, cant get on live chat, cant see my tickets, do seem to be able to do anything with support. How did you get round it?

@adam52 I have had no luck getting any response from Cloudflare, although I am a business customer (I assume you are too).

I have reached out on Discord, Twitter, here, and submitted multiple cases so far. I will post back if anyone ever responds.

@adam52 as a follow-up, nobody ever replied to my support cases. People in Discord confirmed it’s a tech issue on Cloudflare’s end, but weren’t able to get me a reply from support.

I cancelled my business contract and migrated my R2 usage to a different vendor (tigrisdata.com)
