At this point, there’s nothing more to add without knowing the actual domain name.
If you still need help with this, you need to share your actual domain name so we can run some checks to know exactly what’s going on.

sorry im a bit concerned with sharing the domain publicly because ei dont understand security risks etc, is there a way I can send it to you privately
Im not trying to be difficult, im just unsure if its safe to post DNS settings
If your site is publicly accessible and you are publishing DNS and want people to be able to visit it, there is little risk in sharing its domain name.
If you aren’t comfortable sharing the domain name here, that is fine. It does significantly limit the Community in the help they can provide.
Have you considered engaging with a local technology consultant in your area that you trust? That would allow you access to expertise without sharing your domain name in the Community.
