I’m experiencing an issue where Cloudflare is showing an “outstanding balance” on my account, preventing me from adding a site. However, all invoices have been paid, and there are no unpaid charges.

I’m experiencing an issue where Cloudflare is showing an “outstanding balance” on my account, preventing me from adding a site. However, all invoices have been paid, and there are no unpaid charges.

I have already submitted support tickets #01434686 and #01433278, but the issue remains unresolved. Can someone from the Cloudflare team escalate this to the billing department?

Would appreciate any help in resolving this as soon as possible.
