Can requests be traced?

We are experiencing occasional very slow requests. Usually requests are fulfilled in 20-50ms but sometimes there are requests sitting 20-30 sec and make a bottleneck for the enduser.
We do not see any limitation in bandwith or number of requests in nginx. It happens both for file requests, REST service calls and even simpel options requests. We have been looking hard in all our monitors and configurations, but can’t find the exact cause of the bottleneck.

My questions is: Can you do a trace given a cf-ray and say something about timing for a given request. This CF-RAY: 45f4c7f75b7b3ce9-CPH took almost 26 seconds to complete…
Best Regards

I’d open a support ticket in this case.
