Can not send emails HELP!

Can not send emails but can receive them. Never had this problem before it just started. The hosting company says: emails are getting rejected from your domain because the IP address of the mail server has changed and the spf record for is missing.
I am not savvy with changing settings. So help would be greatly appreciated.

Your hosting provider should give you the correct records that should be set up for email to work. You can usually find these in your hosting provider’s dashboard, or you may need to contact their support department (you should specifically ask for the DNS records this time). Once you get those, you can set them up on the Cloudflare dns page.

This is the email they sent me is missing the IP You will need to update the spf zones to be:

v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4: +ip4: +mx: +ip4: +ip4: +ip4: -all

You can edit your SPF (TXT) record in the DNS tab of the Cloudflare dashboard.
