Hello,
I have submitted a support case and received a response. However, I am unable to respond via email or the dashboard. When attempting to view my case on the support dashboard, I am redirected to a docs page. Similarly, when I reply via email, it appears that the email is not being received on the system or there is an issue with the system. I have responded twice to the email, yet I still receive two emails indicating that my case is being closed if I do not respond.
