Can not receive verification emails on business Gmail

I am trying to access my Cloudflare account using my main email. The main email account is a google workplace business account. I mentioned that cause I have seen someone else faced the same issue and received a reply from the community /support. I tried to open a support ticket but I cannot find the way to do it. Luckily, I still can access the account using my secondary email which I linked a while ago. However, I still need to access my main account as it is the main admin. Can anyone tell me the method to open a support ticket or what is the solution to receive the authentication token.
