Can not get passed 2FA or reset

The organisation that owns the account I’m trying to access (not the one i’m logged in to just so I can make this post) no longer exists as it has been merged in to a larger entity

I am not able to access this account due to the below, steps taken so far

  1. I can login but am stopped by 2FA (I have read-access to the login email mailbox but do not have send-permissions)
    a. I do not have access to the device
    b. Followed the suggested path by emailing support@cloudflare

Could you please let me know how I can access my account?

I just need 2FA disabled or my account to be closed but preferably the former
