Hi. We (bilisimatolyesi com tr and bilisim-atolyesi com tr) can not get any emails from yandex hosted domains (for ex. pulak com which DNS services is also on Cloudflare). The return error is like this: Diagnostic-Code: X-Yandex; Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=webmail cozumeposta com type=AAAA: Host not found.
I’d contacted Yandex support and they forwarded us to Cloudflare Support. Need help asap. Kind regards.

That error is Yandex claiming that they cannot resolve the “webmail.cozumeposta.com” hostname.
Digging around worldwide locations, that host name do resolve perfectly fine, although there are not any AAAA (IPv6) records, but only A (IPv4) records.
As cozumeposta.com is not a Cloudflare domain, the problem above would obviously not be with Cloudflare.
The error you posted indicate the problem lies between Yandex network and the network operating cozumeposta.com, and as such, it need to be researched through them.
It could be as simple as a (hopefully temporary) network connectivity issue between the two networks.
