Tried to change to free but the confirm button can not be clicked.

Did you perhaps sign up for a commitment on the Pro plan and now are stuck with it? If so, I believe your only option would be asking for a refund.
How do i ask for a refund when i cant contact the support since my website is regsitered on the free plan (see image)?
Customers on every plan type can open Account, Billing and Registrar tickets. You’ll need to open a Billing ticket.

Currently, your zone is on the free plan, there’s no selection required.
The reason it shows the pricing is that the yearly pro plan was subscribed on 05 Jul 2024, and it will last until 04 Jul 2025.
As it stands, it will not auto-renew if you leave it alone.
If you still have any concerns regarding this, please open a billing case and share the number with us.
