Can not disable the CF's JS Challenge in WAF rules

So I had created a WAF rule to allow Vercel’s posting.

But it didn’t work, the CF’s js challenge is still showing:

Your report shows that Vercel was blocked by an Access Rule. The WAF skip function explicitly states that you cannot skip Access Rules with it:

If you want to customize that, you’ll probably have to replace your access rule with a WAF Custom Rule.
