Can not dig subdomain NS Record

I have set NS Record for subdomain ex.

ping ns1.de.mydomain.com work fine. but
dig -t ns de.mydomain.com not found NS Record

I should to waiting update NS ?

It domain hostingdynamo.cloud

de.hostingdynamo.cloud
ns1.de.hostingdynamo.cloud

The delegation/glue actually looks good, I can see the NS referral and glue records when I query Cloudflare directly:

AUTHORITY SECTION

de.hostingdynamo.cloud. 300 IN NS ns1.de.hostingdynamo.cloud.

de.hostingdynamo.cloud. 300 IN NS ns2.de.hostingdynamo.cloud.

ADDITIONAL SECTION

ns1.de.hostingdynamo.cloud. 300 IN A 185.168.193.103

ns2.de.hostingdynamo.cloud. 300 IN A 185.168.193.104

But 185.168.193.104 answers REFUSED for de.hostingdynamo.cloud

So you’ve done what you need at Cloudflare, now go set up the zone on your ns1/ns2 servers.

I’m ignoring DNSSEC completely, but as @sandro noted, this may need to be reviewed too.
