By the Audit log of your Cloudflare dashboard it appears the zone being added by an API call.
Check if you have an automatic API that adds the zone redy.ga again and again.

Hi Jaime,
I do not have any API that would interact with the domain, and I also no loger have access to the domain.
The API may be left over by the domain registrar, freenom. Is there any way to unhook it from my account so the API calls would get unauthorized?

You will want to rotate your API keys to invalidate the ones being used by your previously authorized third-party.
