hello i am new in cloudflare and i can not create page rule for my domain. i read the explanations but didnt understand anything. Can anyone help me?

ı didnt try. because ı dont know how to start
i dont even know what to write in first box.
ist there a detailed video or smt. describing the function of page rule. Maybe if i know what it is or have an idea function of it i can create it following the explanations. But now i dont have any idea about it and dont know what to do.
