when I tried to add CNAME record to connect subdomain to systems.io. I got the following error message “_e500004a6867a36d0b587ee9faa44213.zfyfvmchrl.acm-validations.aws. is not allowed for a proxied record.” what should I do? thank you.

Set the record to DNS only when creating it.

I disabled proxy. the subdomain is already connected now, however there are extra CNAME records in email page setup which I added following the instruction on this video https://youtu.be/IZFRkS_zuMY?si=cSa5gn6FDwJkO9Sc

the status is pending for 24 hours now. I can not find out what is wrong. thank you.
