Can not add new domain cause unpaid invoices

I attempted to add a new domain but received the error: “Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323).”

When I checked the invoices section, I noticed an outstanding balance of $0.81. I’m unsure of its origin, but I’m eager to settle it to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option in the user interface to make the payment.

I submitted a support ticket a month ago, but have yet to receive any assistance from Cloudflare.
