Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. click add site
    2.type c987.site
  2. click confirm and i got the error messege

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
yes

I would suggest waiting at least several business days, before getting to the conclusion of ā€œgot no replyā€.

And then add some extra, when youā€™re trying during a weekend.

I apologize for my rudeness in my previous message. Today, I received a reply stating that my domain name ā€˜c987.siteā€™ is not permitted on the platform and I need to select a different name. I tried using ā€˜c9876.siteā€™ and it worked. Can you please suggest a solution to this issue?

Sounds like there is a potential solution buried within this.

The above is a matter for the Trust and Safety department, the Cloudflare Community has no insight into their cases or decisions.

If they tell you that they donā€™t want that domain on the platform, as your explanation sounds, then Iā€™m afraid you have to find another domain, if you wish to use Cloudflare.

I donā€™t believe the Cloudflare Community can help you get any closer to a solution than that.
