I have a Cloudflare account with multiple domains, most of which are on the Free subscription plan. However, I have an active Business plan specifically for the domain acozycactus. Despite this, I am unable to access live chat support for this Business plan domain. Instead, I receive a prompt suggesting that I need to “upgrade to a Biz plan” to activate chat support.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Log into my Cloudflare account with multiple domains, including acozycactus (active Business plan) and other domains on Free plans.
Navigate to the Cloudflare support dashboard for acozycactus.com.
Attempt to initiate a live chat session.
Expected Result:
Since acozycactus is on the Business plan, I should have immediate access to live chat support as promised under the Business plan benefits.
I am unable to access live chat support. Instead, I see the message: “To activate chat support and speak with a customer support agent immediately, please upgrade to a Biz plan,” suggesting that I need to upgrade, even though acozycactus.com is already on the Business plan.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
I flagged your ticket for my colleagues in Support. While we wait for their reply, can you try again from incognito mode? I show the zone on Business plan but also cannot see the chat icon in the lower right.
I still have not seen a reply to my tickets nor am I able to live chat. I’m going on the 7th day without emails being sent or received so I really would appreciate some help here ASAP

Thank you for sharing that. Did email ever work after adding the site to cloudflare? I suspect there is an issue with your DNS records, specifically I suspect you’re missing a DNS A record, the process to add that & troubleshooting steps are here, Set up email records · Cloudflare DNS docs
The issue is that I can not verify the registrar email since it is on the domain that is now suspended by cloudflare. When I try to cancel to change the email address I get an error.
I’m hoping to live chat to be able to fix the issue which is why I paid for the biz plan- but still not able to live chat 2 days later.
I really really need help here. I paid for the immediate support because I really need immediate support. this is killing my business not being able to recieve emails, I am waiting on emails from city agencies who are unable to update my email address in their system, and I am locked out of all of my applications that require 2FA to access. I really really need help here, please!!!
