Can I use the previous DNS

My domain “widetall.com” was once used DNS：FRED.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM & RUTH.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM， Now I need to change to：may.ns.cloudflare.com。 Because I can’t manage the domain 。 So can I use the previous DNS?

You have to use the servers that are assigned to you, which is now may.ns.cloudflare.com. You can not use the old ones.
