Can I use Load Balancing without Enabling Proxy Status?

I can’t activate the DNS Proxy because it used for Video Streaming server and I can’t afford to buy Cloudflare Streaming. however I want to use Load Balancing. can Load Balancing work without having to enable DNS Proxy?

I mean DNS only, not Proxied on DNS > Records
