Can I block visitors from a municipality/province/region?

Hi all,any chance to block visitors from a certain region or pronvince or municipalities list?Thanks in advance

Not from the dashboard. There might be an option to write your own location block in Cloudflare Workers, but Workers is charged by usage and a busy site can get expensive.
