Hello. I’d like to block emails to my website that come from providers ending in .ru

Cloudflare does not proxy email and can’t do this. It is something that you would have to do with your email provider.

No problem, if you have a contact form page, you could block access to that page for a specific country, but if it is emails sent directly to addresses on your domain, Cloudflare can’t do anything.
