Hi all. I have Wordpress running on my site with a plug in so I can upload files easily. However since I started using Cloudflare, I can only upload files which are less than 100 mb. Is there a way that I can avoid putting all uploads through Cloudflare so I can upload like before?

Unfortunately, you can not turn off Cloudflare for a specific path. You would need to make your DNS record 
to remove the upload limit and other Cloudflare protection.
I don’t know your use case, but you could try making a separate subdomain upload.example.com and have all uploads go there.
