What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to use the address I registered at cloudflare for my campsite.bio page. With no success.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The DNS info campfire.bio have given to me is as following…

Name servers
ns-906.awsdns-49.net
(+ 3 other similar name server addresses)

How do I enter this information into the cloudflare DNS settings?

This is intensely frustrating, with no help from either end.

Any help to resolve this would be very much appreciated!

If you want to delegate your domain to other name servers, then the domain must be transferred out of Cloudflare first.

6.1 Nameservers. Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

7.2 nameservers

Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

You will need to obtain the relevant DNS record(s) (typically such as AAAA, A or CNAME) from Campfire.bio.

DNS records can be added/modified/deleted over here:

→ https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

That way, you can continue with using Cloudflare for your website.

You will need to contact Campfire.bio.

Campfire.bio is the only party, that are able to supply you with the correct DNS record(s), in order to point your domain name(s) towards their infrastructure.
