Disculpa compre un dominio por Cloudflare pero quiero usarlo como s3 para el space digitalocean pero para eso quiero ponerlos su NS de ellos aquí como hago o donde está la configuración 
If you bought a domain from Cloudflare then it should auto set the nameservers to your Cloudflare ones.

Do you mean the domain has been registered through Cloudflare Registrar?
Domains names that have been registered through (or transferred to) Cloudflare Registrar, won’t be able to use other name servers than the ones provided by Cloudflare.
