Caching Problems

Hope this is the right section of the forum

I got this cache problem.

  1. I updated my website contents (news, Knowledge base, roadmap etc)
  2. Our visitors say they didn’t see the changes
  3. I go in cache section of cloudflare and clear all cache
  4. I go in website cache manager and clear all cache
  5. Visitors see the changes
  6. Pass one day and the same visitors say that the changes made yesterday and that were visible, now are not visible anymore

I got this settings in caching on cloudflare:

  • Level of caching : Standard
  • TTL cahche browser: 30 mins
  • Always online : OFF
  • Dev Mode: OFF

Have someone any clue of maybe some settings

It looks like you’re using APO, and it sounds like APO isn’t purging your cache upon updates. Open a ticket and post the ticket number here and @yevgen will take a look at it. I also suggest that you don’t layer caching at Cloudflare and your server, as that often leaves those caches out of sync.

To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to and select get more help. If you receive an automatic response that does not help you, please reply and indicate you need more help.
