Caching not (?) properly?

It’s simple. When “caching all” is disable I can update my changes in Wordpress. When I’m caching, i can’t. Even after “purge all”, the changes don’t apply. It’s weird because I did all changes in wordpress WITH Cache All OFF. Then Update and it’s all Ok. When I put it ON, He shows me my site before my update changes.

Any help here?

Actually I just can’t update anything in my Wordpress, even with the cache OFF. I’m not using WP Super cache or something either.
