I’m haivng problems with my wordpress page builder “Beaver Builder” and CloudFlare. It seems if the caching level is set to “Standard” to which “Delivers a different resource each time the query string changes” then sometimes a file will result in a 404. I am guessing CloudFlare has purged the cache for that version of something. I have to set to “Ignore Query String” but this causes other issues.
It sounds like something on your site is calling a non-existent CSS query string. If you track that down, the problem should go away.
