Caching issues with response/request headers

Hi. Can you please look at my headers below.

It states CF-CACHE STATUS: HIT and cache control public, max-age 2592000… Which is good ! Cloudflare picking it up.

But if we look at the REQUEST headers below (Not RESPONSE Header)

It states Cache-control is max-age 0.

Does this mean it is not getting cached?

Why does it states max age 0 and then under response headers cache control is 2592000.

What is the difference and which cache control is Cloudflare looking at?

How do i fix the cache control under request headers so it is not max age 0.

The request headers are the headers your browser sends to Cloudflare/your servers. Nothing to worry about here.

Hi Owen. If request header of cache control max age 0 is being sent to Cloudflare/server, isnt this bad? As it wont cache my site then?
But response header is good - cache control max age 2592000.
So, nothing to worry about?

Nothing to worry about. Is it possible you’re using Chrome developer tools to get these? Those often clear your cache manually and that’s probably what you’re seeing.
