Caching issues with cloudflare for a clickonce application

Describe the issue you are having:
We host a clickonce windows app on our website that is downloaded and installed from our website.
Before we setup cloudflare, we never had any issues with the clickonce app downloading and installing . Now we get an intermittent issue from only some of our users that when they download the app to install, they get a hash failed check on one of the files downloaded.

What error message or number are you receiving?
Hash check failed on file downloaded. Cannot continue installation.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Reupload the clickonce files
  2. Purge the cache

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the error:
