Your first Page Rule is probably not correct: “http://.shayaristar.com/login”, you probably forgot the wildcard, ie “http://*.shayaristar.com/login”.
Your second Page Rule is probably not what you want. It might be, I can’t say for sure, but generally speaking, Cloudflare is pretty smart about what it caches… overriding that shouldn’t be done lightly or without really understanding how things work.
